2007 Rates


Rates: $75 per person per day

(There is a $525 minimum charge

for up to seven people)
 

Special rates are available for non-profit organizations; please inquire.

Special Events: The lodge is available for events like weddings, meetings, etc. on an hourly basis. Rates are:$700 minimum for up to 4 hours. $150 per each additional hour.


Tax: All rates subject to 6% Colorado sales tax.

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation. We accept payment through Visa, Mastercard, or check made payable to Wing Shadow Ranch. Final payment is due before or upon arrival.
Cancellation policy: Your deposit is refundable when notice of cancellation is received 90 days prior to arrival. If less than 90 days notice is received, every effort will be made to replace your reservation and if successful, we will refund your deposit. There is a $100.00 service charge for all cancellations.

Damage deposit: A damage agreement, with a credit card, must be signed.

Meals: If you would like three hearty and delicious meals per day prepared for you, please add $65 per person per day. There is a minimum of $455 per day (covering up to seven people).

Miscellaneous Stuff
Check-in time is 2:00 to 3:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 9:00 to 10:00 a.m.
Rates are subject to change without notice.
Smoking is restricted to outdoors.
No pets allowed.
